No-Refund Policy for Digital Assets
Learnyzer provides digital intangible goods (Study Sparks, Booster Packs, and AI Generation services). We do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the product is sent to your account. As a scholar, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on our site.
1. Study Spark & Booster Packs
Study Sparks and Spark Booster packs are high-velocity digital utility credits. Because these are delivered immediately to your account and can be utilized instantly for AI generation:
- All sales of Spark Booster packs are final.
- No partial or full refunds will be provided for unused Study Sparks.
- Credits cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Learnyzer Pro or Pro+ subscription at any time.
- Cancellation Process: Subscriptions can be managed and canceled directly via the "Student Profile" page.
- Post-Cancellation: You will continue to have access to your Pro features and monthly spark allotment until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining days of a subscription month or year.
3. Exceptional Anomalies
We understand that technical anomalies may occur. We will only consider refund requests under the following extreme circumstances:
- Double Billing: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch.
- Non-Delivery: If you purchased sparks and they were not credited to your account within 24 hours (subject to payment gateway verification).
